You'll really enjoy the warm reception that Glendale & Joyce Marie Dickey extend to their visitors. And it doesn't take much to talk Glen into a tour of the workings of his little winery.

They have an amazing variety of vines. But listen and you'll find Glendale especiall proud of his chardonnays. This grape seems to grow well in many parts of North Carolina. With a carefully controlled fermentation you get a light, crisp white with the full mouth of a good chardonnay.

Features:
This is a small winery with a tasting room that seats about six, the production area across the driveway, and amazing countryside all around. It's a convenient stop-off with either Iron Gate or Creekside wineries.

Traveling I85/I40 Exit 150 Haw River.  
From Greensboro turn left off ramp 1.8 miles to Hwy 70.  
From Raleigh/Durham turn right  
Go 1.7 miles to Hwy 70.  
Cross Hwy 70, continue .5 miles to the next traffic light, turn right onto Bason Rd.  
Continue 2.8 miles on Bason Rd, turn left onto Mebane Rogers Rd.
Go 1.4 miles and turn right onto Johnson Rd and continue .3 miles to GlenMarie Winery on the left and
Vineyard on the right.
