Please note buidling exteriors, guest rooms and public space at the Residence Inn Charlotte University Research Park are under renovation through March 2007. * Residence Inn by Marriott is designed to make you feel at home for a day, a week, a month or more. Our suites give you fifty percent more space than most traditional hotel rooms. The Residence Inn Charlotte University Research Park is located one half mile from the shops of University Place, two miles from IBM and the Wachovia CIC and three miles from Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre. Downtown Charlotte is eight miles south of the hotel. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee of USD 100. * Free high speed Internet access is avaialble in all suites with wireless service in public areas of the hotel. Studios are large open rooms with either one queen bed or two double beds, full bath and furnished living/dining area with sofa sleeper in some studios. One bedroom suites have a separate bedroom with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area, second queen bed and sofa sleeper. All accommodations feature have fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker.
